We don't use DirectX 12, but that doesn't mean your DX9 and Dx11 is up to date. There is a reason we bundled all these things with the installer, so you don't have these problems you're having.

Everything seems to be working! Thanks for the help everyone. I recently re imaged my SSD so i believe that's why I all of a sudden was having new issues.
