Can you help me bypass this problem?

I downloaded BluetoothDriverInstaller_x64,Heard it might solve this problem...  system restore need to be activated...

But still getting this error:

Quote:Error: Cannot create file "C:\WINDOWS\inf\bth.inf". Access is denied

Any idea how to fix?

OK,I took ownership but

Now,while not getting that error, but now saying

"Error: System Error. Code: -536870389"
"Sorry. It seems installation wasn't successfull. Unable to contact your bluetooth adapter."

Any idea now?
Best bet would be checking if Speedlink has a forum or google that error code with your brand BT adapter and model no.
Could you link some Windows BT drivers? I tried another adapter, same problem.. so it's definitely a problem with drivers or something.

Is there a way to update/fix BT registry files? thanks
