Windows 98 on PSP
#1
How did this guy Xarro get windows 98 to run on a psp?
And a x86? Wouldn't it need a huge ammounts of CPU horsepower?

PSP Homebrew developer Xarro - author of PSPWebcam - managed to get Windows 98 running on a PSP Phat using the Bochs x86 emulator.

it does need massive amounts of horsepower, if you look a bit deeper in to the situation with it, windows 98 takes roughly 1 hour to load Tongue2

as with all emulation, you can run it on most machines, but if you can run it well, thats a completely different matter.

If this emualtor, emulates a x86 Cpu, why not make it emulate a older cpu which windows 98 can run on.
