Wipeout Fusion

Hi to everyone! I am trying to setup my laptop to play Wipeout Fusion. Sometimes the game is slow and sometimes the speed is normal during gameplay. Can somebody suggest me configuration? Below I give the data of my laptop.

Intel Core i3 3120m
4gb DDR3 ram 800mhz
AMD Radeon HD 7650M 1gb
Windows 8 64bit fully updated

PCSX version 1.2.1

Turn Windows power plan to high performance.
Enable MTVU speedhack
Try setting EE cycle rate speedhack to 2 or 3. Or try VU stealing speed hack to 1 or 2. Trying both at the same time may cause fake FPS though.

enable all recommended speedhacks and experiment with ee cycle rate & VU cycle stealing settings 1 by 1.
but don't expect miracles with taht weak CPU.
A dual core @2.5Ghz probably on't cut it. Even in an Ivy bridge architecture.

At least you don't say a certain bad word instead of look (yes that actually happened).
