Does the PCSX2 work with a 360 controller? I looked at pad settings, but they all seem to be for Keyboard and Mouse or PS3 Controllers.

Yes pcsx2 work with xbox 360 controller ..plugins like lillypad support thise...

Xbox360 controllers are under Xinput category. They should be find automatically.
