According to Lasnap/Topken, the Testapp (if its still bundled?) is not enabling the controller to work in Desmume(DirectInput8).
@Squall: I downloaded the Desmume 0.9.8 x86 and x64 binaries, ran them with both the Filter and Server. Control Config runs fine whether the testapp is running or not. I don't own any roms, so can't test in-game.
I am running SVNs most of the tim here Scarlet try one of those and see if it still works because I am unable to configure the controler in desmume I hit a key and nothing happens in desmume it doesnt change. So I am having issues there I have no problem running it with dolphin and with PCSX2 now will give something ike VBA-m a try and see if it works there or not.

Not working in VBA-M either for me. Nor is it working with Snes9x. Not working in No$GBA either
@Topken: are you sure the DS3 is connected while trying to configure?

I added an Idle Timeout in 0.6.0.93, which disconnects the DS3 after 10mins of inactivity. The LED will turn off and ScpMonitor will show the DS3 as "Reserved" if it has been disconnected. Press the PS button to reconnect.

Do you see the same issue while using via USB?
Yeah it functions in SCPUser.exe and with both PCSX2 and Dolphin and it doesnt work via either Bluetooth or USB I first tried via USB to take Bluetooth out of the equation.
@Topken: just downloaded VBA-M and have no problems configuring input.

Can you verify in Devices & Printers that an "X360 Controller for Windows" is present, and that right clicking and selecting Game controller settings -> Properties that input from the DS3 is being registered.

If it is not displayed, you may need to install the updated ScpDriver. See Post #255.

Are you running Daemon Tools?
I am running Daemon tools. And no it is not showing up in printers and devices or in joy.cpl.

Ok after updating its working now.
Hi Scarlet.Crush, thanks for these awesome drivers!

The wired drivers from post #1 work fine for me, but the bluetooth alpha is broken. I have read every page of this thread, and so I've installed the latest alpha, latest BthWinUsb, and the ScpDriver you recommended to the dude above me (because I am running Daemon Tools, and this caused the 360 controller device to show in device manager). However, it is unable to pair with my controller via BT, and does not recognize any input at any point.

In devices and printers, I see both PLAYSTATION®3Conteroller (yes, with that spelling) and the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. The native ps3 controller does not show up in the Controllers settings panel, only the 360 one does. Selecting properties on the 360 controller shows that it does not receive input.

In PCSX2, using your lilypad, the controller is only recognized via DirectInput, thus not via DS3 native or Xinput. Again, no button presses are recognized.

I have rebooted after driver install.

So, TL;DR: BT doesnt work at all despite sucessful install, device recognized via USB but no button presses.
