Working completely fine, great application!
But, I'd like to know if there is a way to use the XMB button as a Guide button?
Steam in Big Picture would greatly benefit from it!

These also: USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_1989 (no inputs, just rumble, same as REV0134) and USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_1593. So there I go. I will look for a bluetooth with EDR. Just hope its hardware is supported...

In conclusion, it is possible that your Bluetooth doesn't support EDR so it can't work properly, I recommend you to buy this Bluetooth:
Trendnet TBW-107UB (Version 1.0R)
I apologize if this has been covered before, I looked but could not find it.

I have a fresh install of windows 7 ultimate. I followed the introductions carefully and yet when I go into devices I don't see the xbox controller, only the ps3 controller.
Also my ps3 controller does not light up when plugged via usb into my computer. (I'm only trying the usb option as I don't care about bluetooth)

Yeah, I just bought another pad (first one working fine) but still didn't manage to make the SCPdriver work with it.

The first DS3 shows up as PS® and this new one as PLAYSTATION®3.
The PS one starts blinking as soon as I press the XMB button and once I connect it to the PC, just press the XMB button again and it is working as intended with the SCPdriver.

The PLAYSTATION 3, won't. No blinking red light, no sign of working with SCP at all.

Will try uninstalling and installing with both connected. Let's see. --Did not work.

Is it because it was never connecter to an actual PS3?

I wonder what data needed to be sent out from my PC?
Can I stop it from sending or receiving any data?

Thank you.

Why was there no answer to that question? I have the same problem: SCPService.exe keeps sending data at 6kb/s ALL the time... WTF?

Found the post: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-XInput-Wr...#pid288022
But I don't think that this explains it.
And what is this? http://forums.pcsx2.net/attachment.php?aid=45534
Soooo...

This worked excellently last night when I went through installing it, so big thanks for it. Much better than what I used to use. However, today after a restart I've found that my dongle isn't, like, working. Last night it was basically functioning as a bluetooth device with the scp driver (or something, it was flashing like normal, I am not a scientist) and the DS3 controller worked with it, but after the restart it shows as disconnected in the monitor and the controller won't connect with it. If I roll back the driver, or uninstall it all completely, the dongle will work as a bluetooth device again and start flashing and stuff, but it of course won't act with the controller that way without the driver. If I reinstall the driver it "turns off" again and won't work. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the controller too just in case but nope. I'm stumped! If anyone could help, I'd very much appreciate it.

If it helps, the dongle is csr8510, or more importantly USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001

EDIT:
I somehow got it to work by pairing my DS3 to my bluetooth device with its original drivers and then installing the scp drivers again. Dunno if this will always work or anything but hey, great.
I tried installed at is guide Smile

Worked at my old installastion. but now Then I install, the bluetooth on the pc turn off I think, and does not go on again before I reinstall the pc.

and ps3 wont connect at all -_-

HELP!

Okay, so the drivers are installed and my controller is connected - the SCP gui says that my controller is connected and everything is fine..

It isn't.
My PC isn't getting an input from my controller ;c
No games are responding to the buttons on my PS3 controller.
The SCPUser program isn't responding to buttons either..

Any help? I'm using the PS3 controller that came with my PS3 and I uninstalled motioninjoy after it just pissed me off so much. Don't want to have to re install just because the buttons dont work.

EDIT:
I can't seem to use USB either.. I disconnect the controller from bluetooth using the l1 r1 ps combo, then plug it in, and nothing happens - the new device noise is played however.
1) I had to run the Install 5 times until the Service was installed and running.
2) I can't configure anything. No key bindings, no dead zones, etc.
3) There is no need to run a service even when you don't use a DS3 controller.

I now re-install my system (it was a fresh install before I tried your tool) to get rid of that thing and keep using MotionInJoy because it's not just a inefficient driver but a ugly but useful tool which also allows you to configure every single button of the DS3. It for sure supports pressure sensitive buttons, DualShock and SixAxis over USB and Bluetooth.

Biggest advantage is that it's a program not a service so if I don't need it I can save some resources. You may say "my tool doesn't use much" which may be true but you totally forget that most software comes with anything running in background. JavaUpdater, AdobeUpdate, Origin, Steam, iTunes, ... I'm sick of all these useless background services!
Another advantage is that I don't need these stupid Microsoft Accessories drivers with that stupid Overlay.

I appreciate your work (I wouldn't even know where to start) and hope it is what you or others are looking for but for me it's exactly what I do not want. And I'm just a bit angry because someone said it is better than MotionInJoy and now I have to reinstall my system.
