Xenosaga 3 lighting problem.
#1
In game lighting goes from being bright (normal) to going dim randomly. Its like someone is playing around with the lights with a switch. It happens quite often. It does not happen in software mode. Its a rather annoying thing to have happened.

Everything else is set to default except for MTVU is enable and Widescreen being enabled as well. All else is at default settings.

Yeah I know about this annoying problem. Never found what it is though, sorry.
Try using DX9 mode, I think that worked better (also try turning FBA on and off then).

OK DX9 mode seems to have fixed it but the overall game runs slower in DX9 then it does in DX11. Which is odd but whatever. Maybe its a problem on my end but enabling AA in DX9 Drops my fps by 10 at 2x. I guess its a matter of question/choice here. Using DX9 does fix the lighting problem but doesn't run nearly as good and have to use a lot lower resolution to try and maintain 60fps. I don't know what I'll end up choosing though (probably DX11) but thank you for your answer.

DX11 is faster for the vast majority of games. Also keep in mind AA is pretty much experimental and will cause huge load in many games
