Xinput to DX lessgamepad (xBox controller)
#1
  • hardware specs: I7-4700Q 2.40GHz, 8gb Ram, GeForce GTX 765M ,windows 10 64bits
  • The version of PCSX2: pcsx2-v1.3.1-1048-g9e7a2bf-windows-x86

  • Any non default settings you are using: Default

  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD: Persona 4 ISO
I have a wireless xBox controller, I tried 2 days ago on pcsx2 and everything worked fine, even the vibration. Today I tried to play but the config was diferrent. pcsx2 used to recognize it as a xinput pad and now when I'm configuring the keys it changes to DX Lessgamepad as the attachment shows, and the vibration doesn't work anymore. Today I installed a windows update and maybe that's why it doesn't work. How can I solve the problem so the pcsx2 recognizes it as a xinput pad again?

Whatever your actual setup, I recommend xbcd drivers

Try to disable dinput as input source/api.

For some reason, my wireless mouse was interfering, once unplugged and keeping just the gamepad, everything was working. It's odd. Still thank you for the help, I will keep the xbcd drivers Smile
