Y axis won’t function in-game

='Heya, I'm on the newest nightly update of Pscx2, have one 360 controller and one ps3 controller, and EVERYTHING works BESIDES the Y axis. & even weirder still- it works in the menus! Just not in game. I KNOW there's a use in the game- because a couple months ago when I played it last, I was able to go back&forth on the map using it. Now it does nothing and I'm stuck on the X axis. ALL, and I mean All, of the guides utilize lilypad, which I just learned was discontinued a few months back- and I cannot find a solution to this issue. I don't know what is going wrong and I'm tempted to just downgrade to 2-3 updates ago so it will function again. Because it was working before recently. If ANYONE has a MODERN guide, I'd appreciate it. Even the "2023" ones talk about going into the config menu and adjusting PAD settings- all of which is obsolete now. Thanks in advance.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
