Yugioh: Duelist of the Roses cheat help

Hello, I am new to pcsx2 and I cannot get the cheat function to work correctly.  I have enabled the the Cheats Enabled function on the System dropped down menu.  I downloaded the pnach from the pnach list on this forum and have attached the file, but when I try to load the game with cheats enabled it says that 0 cheats loads.
