actualizy directx March

and reboot

again and test if the plugin detects that you should.

so you want to use ZeroGS? well then update your DirectX and also download Cg toolkit (from Nvidia Developer Zone Smile)

also i see that you don't have a bios set (you haven't dumped your bios from your ps2 yet? Blink)

You have to dump your BIOS from your PS2 first. It's required. Read the guide.
