Zombie Hunters 2 is running slow

I cant get this running properly , very poorly slow..
AMD 955 BE x4 @3.6ghz
R9 270x oc 2gb
4gb RAM 1600mhz

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Zombie Hunters 2 always runs slow when against female bosses when upscaled, otherwise standard/default settings shouldn't give you any issues.
Have you tried running in software mode? if Preset 1/2/3 settings fail while in software mode, then it's your PC specs.

-I have PCSX2 1.4.0 graphics plugin GSD 10, USA BIOS.
-Tried Zombie Hunters in software and HW mode mode, runs slow from the start of first level. Game is PAL i use 60hz mode selected from the start screen. ISO
- I tried Soul Calibur 3 USA (ISO) not playable , Castlevania COF USA (ISO) (runs decend)

Can't tell about Zombie hunter 2, But Soulcalibur III is very demanding.
Your CPU may be a bit weak, but if you OC it to around 4.0 Ghz with a decent aftermarket cooler, i think you could get near playable speeds
Else, you'll probably have to play it on your PS2 for now.

CPU @ 4GHZ Zombie hunter 2 still slow in SW mode, can GPU affect? btw i have windows 8.1

In SW mode ?
It'll be slow, yes. Your CPU isn't really up to the par.
Try setting extra GS rendering threads to 3

your CPU is probably too weak, even overclocked. The STP is just too low

OK maybe it is my CPU.. but still i remember playing this very good frame rate earlier even at the boss, and other thing i wonder my CPU utilization stays under 50% but game still slow as hell..

Because you have many cores, but low STR. A simple as that.
