I understand. The custom built tower I had in storage would have more then surpass the minimum requirements to run PCSX2. Unforchantly I lost everything in storage including some expensive ham radio equipment. Do to bills and having to replace my 2000 Dodge caravan do to a crash.

Recommended CPU speed for PCSX2 = 3.2 GHz and above
While yours = 2.099 GHz or 2.1 GHz
2nd,
Recommended GPU for PCSX2 = Geforce 8600 GT or higher (including ATI counter part)
You GPU = ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
So, what kind of speed and playability would you expect from that???
