about pal and ntsc

ok i know ntsc is us format.. but what is pal? german?

cause im having a hard time getting an ntsc version of FFX-2 via torrent all i can see is pal version..

what will be the difference between pal and ntsc

does pal have colors when you played it?

im kinda new sorry for the question..

and does running pal doesnt encounter any problem in pcsx2 beta r1888

I don't know if i should, but nope. NTSC also has japan version, so is PAL
