Add this line to the GSdx ini and experiment with the hacks via GSdx config:
allowHacks = 1

Setting skipdraw to 7 makes it a little better, the media vision logo instead of overbright, it fills with some grabage textures though it is more transparent. In the first area, the overbright stuff moved away as I moved my character. I don't know if it helps in the next area and later in game though it seems quite likely to.
Tested skipdraw from 1 to 8 with offset and alpha set to 1 using r3004 and gsdx r3003.
the better image is from skipdraw 7
the other is from skipdraw 2

I have the same problem, I tried to reconfigure to find a perfect graphic. But it end up better in Direct3D10 (Software) and speed became about 40-50 fps. Any solution to this problem???
My spec is:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core i7 CPU
Memory: 8190MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
If you have the NTSC version of the game it should apply automatically with a newer svn GSdx (r3557+), if you have another version post your CRC here or in the googlecode page so it may be added later.
