Hello, I am using windows 7 beta, and the latest beta pcsx2 beta. I have a Q9650 @ 3.00gHz quad core cpu and a GTX 280 video card. I use the GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE41) 0.1.14 graphics plugin.

i select both resolutions at 1920x1200 60hz in direct x 10 mode, with 16:9 aspect.. To be honest what ever setting I use it always just runs in windowed, and at 512x448!! Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have read the complete configuration guide thanks

That just maximises the windoew, but it does not run it at any higher resolution than 512x448 as it says the resolution at the top of the window

I noticed something similar, except at 640x447. I just assumed it was the reported resolution of the game, though.

you have native checked?

That's just the reported in-game resolution the game uses in the ps2. The resolution you set in the internal resolution boxes is the one used.

if native is not selected, then it uses yours, but if native IS then it uses what it says it does

I have native unchecked. so even though it staes the resolution as 512x448, the actual resolution is the one i have set at 1900 x 1200?

Thanks

If native is unchecked then it scales picture to the resolution set in D3D INTERNAL RES boxes.

Yes,that is correct. The resolution shown at the GSdx bar is the game's native resolution, not the one you are currently running
