Hi i am new hear and I want to know if my computer can handle pcsx2? Here are my Specifications for my computer.
OS:XP 32bit
CPU: AMD triple core 2.1
RAM: 2gb g skilled 2gb kingston hyper x
Video: XFX GeForce 8600 GT 1 GB
MB: Biostar TA790GX A2+
power: Cooler Master 550W
dvd: LG 22x dvd burner

if it wasnt supported I wouldn't be playing on it by now
however I cant tell you for sure if it will go smoothly or not, most likely will depend of your plugin configuration
anyway you can be sure that it will run

Yep, it won't be the fastest but it will play some 3d games and most 2d games.
Better check the forums though. Many popular games are also very slow, and then you wont get more than 15fps with that rig

pcsx2 uses two cores of a cpu, so 3 cores wont do wonders.
also the cpu speed in GHz matters a lot. most game will run better at 3GHz, 2.1GHz is rather slow and forget fighting games like tekken and MK.
