can't change FPS settings in 0.9.8

i can't change the FPS limit on 0.9.8
i want to set NTSC's FPS at 64

may the INIs will do? if possible what's the code on it?

The option can only be changed from the PCSX2_vm.ini file now.

I can't seem to change it, it shows the same (59.9 capped) on the GUI. Is it linked to older versions, and should I delete older revisions?

It's changed on the .ini file. However, it's still capped at 59.99 is what I meant. Hence why I asked if it's linked to other versions?

Edit-

You need to input i.e., "61.0" the dot zero is important, If you input "61" alone then save, it won't change it. Sorry about that, one more problem down to go!
