CPU is kinda weak, but the GPU is pretty good. That laptop will do well for general PC gaming.

Hehe, yeah, for general PC gaming. But as we all know PCSX2 isn't general PC gaming.

The CPU might be too weak to play FF, though I'm not 100 % sure. I myself doesn't own a Persona game, so I can't say anything about that.

well, I have a weaker laptop and both Persona games (3 FES and 4) and I am always above 50% of speed (happens only in really hectic areas, like the first part of the market district north in P4 and with the shining enemies in both games, altough if there are more than 2 it crawls xD) usually around 70-100% speed, but most likely it is because of my graphics card
