cant get fps higher on my psx2

sorry im kind of a noob .ive tryed everything updated drivers an all.. im loosing my mind ..i looked at every config video on you tube..and i just dont know it runs on on 60 -70 fbs an then when its time to fight it drops to 30 40.. i have a dell inspiron 1520

can you be more specific on your comp.specs
cpu speed and you video card.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

You have not mentioned any detalis about your CPU/GPU. PCSX2 is highly demanding and some games are even more. Must have dual/quad core with 3.2/2.8Ghz (receptively) Tongue2

Also, all the youtube members don't get fullspeed. They show it by using the GSDX Capture feature. It automatically runs them at 100fps. Smile
