Its me again I have recently changed my video card and i wanted to ask if someone could recommend me a configuration for the pcsx because games still dont run.

Uhm, I'd suggest you to try following the configuration guide backup your bios then start by getting the PCSX2 0.9.6 installer and still to a new location.
What exactly is this "closes itself" simply runs and then goes back to desktop? and what are your settings? Even thou you got a new videocard your CPU is still weak so might not get playable speeds anyway.

The determining component when it comes to emulation speed is the CPU, not the GPU. You should upgrade your CPU as well to get games running.
