character not moving

One Piece grand adventure game works fine but i cant control the character. When i press the direction button like up down left or right, it does not move instead it just open or wears his hat.
what to do for this?... please help (

Configure the plugin, go to the Pad 1 tab and assign keys to the PS2 buttons and controls.

Loads if not most of the games move the char with left analog, soo make sure you didn't forgot to set analogs.
