Try disabling "Texture-filtering" and ticking the "Native" option.
Also try the latest SVN build if that doesn't work:

^Same for me, lol after 10 minutes half of the picture loaded, the other half got corrupted.xD

For this game you need to use normal PS2 texture filtering(grayed out - actually blue in new windows), that should fix the colors(and generally should be used most of the times), using custom res with high difference between X and Y(any 16:9 for example) helps too, you could also try offset hack as those strange colors seem to happen from scalling messing some textures over chars.
Anyway I remember seeing this "glitch" only with full texture filtering, but never tried with filtering turned off completely, soo try setting that option how it should beTongue.

And there is no 64 bit version of PCSX2, most 32bit applications work fine on current 64 bit systems and pcsx2 is one of them.(I use it myself like lots of other people here on Win7x64.)

Get svn build like Shadow Lady suggested first(if you didn't yet). I saw only part of your screenshot couse that site is slow like hell for me and then corrupted most of the file. In svn builds having full texture filtering(box checked) still gives some texture problems that changes colours(soo make sure that is grayed/bluish), but maybe that problem of yours is something else, but anyway already fixed in svn.

Through if you DID use svn build already(if you didn't that doesn't really matter as I'm pretty sure svn build will fix that), maybe post your game CRC - which shows in the pcsx2 log after running the game.

Well your game crc isn't included in the svn fix that's why it didn't helped you, that's simple to add through soo keep looking at this svn versions for crc hackfixes.

Another one for ShadowLady - uber hackfixerWink - 0xBE6A9CFB

@jndfsdk Check your PM, I build you a GSdx supporting your game version, untill it get's to official SVN.
