Hello ive been using motion joy and it randomly pushs buttons and goes all nuts for like two hours on my ps2 controller, always random i was wondering if there is a better option for my ps2 controller to work cuz motion joy already getting me really annoyed i use my controller for games outside of the emulator 2 ff11-ff14 for example on my labtop but motion joy is being a ***** and randomly clicking buttons that im not really using. Anyone got a solution for this that involves keep using my ps2 controller

What sort of adapter are you using with your controller?

not sure what u mean by adapter but im pluged into my labtop by a usp cord

Is it a playstation 2 controller or a playstation 3 controller?

Is the USB cord directly attached to the controller and detachable? If it is, it's a PS3 controller. Use this(follow directions carefully!):

duelshock3 i think its ps2 controller ~_~ not postive ps3 and ps2 controller looks the same

dualshock 3 is PS3.

PS2 controller has attached cord and one of these(bottom picture) on the end:

PS3 controller has removable cord and USB plug on the end.
