cutscenes skipping

yeah Native mode really sucks.
i managed to fix the bug on 0.9.6 before though but i forgot how i did it T_T
all i remember is i just kept switching GS plugins and changing the plugin settings
but so far i havent stumbled into a solution yet for 0.9.7
i'll post if i ever stumble into a proper setting again.

Anyone please help me. The in-game videos are skipping in my pcsx2 1.4.0. I dont know what to do.
