I guess any laptop will be better than the desktop you use.
About this game, no idea. As I don't have it.

That game might be somewhat problematic to emulate you know.
I played it on my rig (Specs in signature) and it touched 40-50FPS max which is absurd but I guess that's the way it is.
So what I'm trying to say is that the game will run at playable frame rates just not at "really" good frame rates.

I'd recommend these (Hoping you're not running a tight budget):

I won't say it's bad but it's not good either. The clock of that i7 is 2.2Ghz which may not perform so well with pcsx2. (Can't say for sure 'cuz I haven't really got my hands on those "core i" series to test it out). However, the graphics card is great and you would be able to play almost any game without fps dropping due to graphics.

my laptop (see in signature) costed me 700 euro precise and runs all ps2 games.. well as far as i know, it can run gt4, mgs 3, tekken 5, soul calibur 3, valkyrie profile 2 silmeria and dragonquest 8 on fullspeed with 1200 x 1200 resolution.

those are the more heavy games on the pcsx2 so...

so the processor is quite capable to people who wonder.

When I bought my BenQ Camcorder @ ALDI, I also saw a Medion Laptop, not sure which specs, but it was being sold for €699 Smile

if it was this or last month good chance its that one Smile

edit,
got the game from a friend and i get well over 120 fps in this game so its safe to asume it runs fullspeed all the time with my laptop Smile

it is also good for gaming, can run battlefield 3 at ultra settings on 1280 / 720 res. in case you also want to play pc games Smile
