disgaea - hour of darkness. Crash

The emulator stops working when it's trying to load chapter 11: Forest of the dead, part 3: Crawling Terror. The music repeats itself in a 1 second loop, and the log displays these lines in red:

The error occurs on pcsx2 version 1.1.0, i've then tried to run it on 1.0.0 with the same savestates, but the result was the same. I'm not very experienced with the different plugins and settings available, so i've been using those it had already selected as default. i've tried tinkering a bit, choosing other sound and video plugins, but either the game isn't able to load on the other plugins or the attempt gives the same result as before.

any ideas?

Tried to skip the story talk? I remember I had to skip one story talk in one of the Disgaea games to avoid crash, dunno if it's same case or if there's any fix through;p.

I remember playing it on some already old version, soo it can be different now, generally those errors can happen by alot of reasons, from bad rip, cheats, memory corruption(especially if you never save to memory cards and play through whole game using savestates;p), soo if you can't skip the story talk to avoid crash, you'll have to check pretty much everything~_~. Turn off cheats, same with speedhacks, re-rip your dvd if you used anything else than imgburn before, and finally load the game from normal saves using in game option instead of savestates:].

skipping the story doesnt work - same problem when it's trying to load. ill try some of your other advice to my best knowledge

well i'll be damned. saving, using the games actual save system and reloading from there, worked.
