im not too smart on pc specs and all that but i just would like help with getting the game to run normally and not slow and laggy. i have pcsx 1.2.1

very easy way, open the emulator pcsx2.exe
on the second screen (program log) there is a lot of text, and some it's information about your pc specs, it just doesn't show your your gpu

like this:
Host Machine Init:
Operating System = Microsoft Windows 7 (build 7600), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 8079 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core™ i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz

maybe you could directly post the emulog.txt file located at mydocs\pcsx2\logs or pcsx2\logs

edit : ouch.

ath's a very weak CPU
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

as long as its possible if maybe someone could give a walkthough on what settings i should have so it runs decently or maybe setup a teamviewer sessions to do it. i just wanna be able to play it hahah

Yeah, there isn't anything you can do other than a massive upgrade.

Yeah, that CPU is extremely weak. The only thing you can do is to get a new system.
