drakengard 2 wont start

contsantly says its a CDVD issue (no resources/incompatible hardware), tried with several sifferent plugins

using a homemade ISO from original, tested in a ps2

all other games load up fine

any ideas?

Remake the ISO using imgburn. Then using the latest 0.9.7 beta Dismount the ISO from any program like daemon tools etc. Then CDVD->Choose ISO, then ISO selector->Browse, find your ISO and System->Boot CD/DVD (fast)

solved, thanks a lot

daemon was using the file, dont know why...

(maybe i doubleclicked it to mount and didnt realize it)

Daemon tools will automatically associate itself with iso files on the initial install, so maybe you checked that option and it took care of your iso.

yup, thats what happened

anyways, i tried to play today, but it doesnt play well

VERY low FPS (20 max) and some black vertical lines occupy part of the screen (not interlacing)

tips?

is EE maxed out? (aka at 99% or higher) and also, run it under software mode to remove the lines

exactly (EE maxed), and software gives even less FPS, and much more CPU
