There are third party programs and apply a modified version of DirectX 10 on Windows XP but I wouldn't recommend it.
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0GHz
MOB: ECS A780GM-A
GPU: XFX GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB
RAM: 4GB Dual-Channel DDR2 400MHz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

None of them work properly, so again, no there is no way to make DX10 work on XP.

Windows vista or windows 7 did not break your motherboard.
I know multiple people that run win7 fine on 1GB ram.

it didnt broke because of vista or 7 (actually my ediot brother broke it accidently ) my problem that 7 use much more ram than xp so pc games works alot faster on xp and i have low budget so i cant buy anew one
