emulator won't run

everytime i run the bios for a game, windows keeps sending an error report and closes down Sad. Anyone know why? I use a pentium 4 with 2 gigs of ram and a Geforce 8800GT

what are your pcsx2 settings and plugins if that is not the case.

i did use linuzappz CD/DVD plugin to load my iso through it. still doesnt work and my pcx2 settings are GSdX 890 SSE2 and the rest is default. The last thing i see is umhack in the output command promt

give the full pcsx2 settings, and plugin with settings. Glare
