1 - Psx games won't work under pcsx2. Use a psx emulator instead.
2 - You don't meet the minimum requirements for pcsx2. it won't work anyways.
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti

There is only this one PS2 emulator, and it does not currently support PS1 games... It probably will eventually, but that is the main thing... Eventually. It's super duper low priority.

You can try running GSDX (the main graphics plugin for PCSX2) in any PS1 emulator... but I'm not sure that'd do you any good.
