I personally have no experience with taht game but:

a) That cpu is pretty good for emulation
b) would you mind posting the rest of your hardware?

hope can play all final fantasy and kh series at full speed

Kh is pretty easy to play... that would have no problem with it. I would suggest upgrading that processor, your graphics card is far far far superior to it.

overbudget for better processor
i read many reviews, they say gpu is more important than processor in pc games, so athlon II x4 is enuf and wont cause bottleneck

PC games, yes. Emulation is more CPU dependent.
