games will not work

hello, im new here but i need help badly, i cant get the games to work and when i try to play movies on there it would say dvd player not set up, on the version screen after i execute, it would say unknown next to console, on top of that, when i try to play a iso game, it would stay on a black screen, what do i need to do?

P.S. My dxdiag is attatched

pcsx2 version ? Plugins settings ? Screenshots ?

better use latest beta & latets plugin pack.

If you are using gigahertz dvd plugin, better use your DVD instead of an ISO.

Or use Linuz iso

depends on the games...

But it should be ok for most
