gran turismo 4 pcsx2 cheats

ok ill be quick. i found the code for freeze timer (so i can finish the license tracks this decade...) but when i go to activate it (by pressing L2) it freezes the game. any ideas as to why this is? i tried googling a fix for this but it doesnt seem to be a problem anywhere. any feedback would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

well i found another code that works properly to compensate for my noob level skills in gt4 so thats the good news. the bad is im still curious as to what could be the problem with freeze time code i was trying to use. im running latest stable pcsx2. i tried toggling compatibility to see if that would resolve the issue but it didnt i also fiddled with the plugins to see if that could help resolve the issue but nothing. anyways i have to get some shut eye so ill be checking back here to see if anybody knows whats up with the code. ill post the code below if that helps at all. thanks yall have a good night.
