what is the issues you are having with the audio no output at all or is it just skipping
Windows 10
Intel 5930k 4.2ghz/core
32 GBs of 2400MHz DDR4
AMD PoweColor 390X (GPUs are expensive or this would be in crossfire)

open spu2-x plugin settings and use XAudio2

EDIT: how can you have a socket 775 CPU with Intel HD graphics IGP ??
EDIT2: your chipset has a GMA X4500HD IGP, which is pretty slow. Speedhacks may be required
