i got this weird blur around the character whenever i play .hack GU..... trying to change settings but still can't fix it

it has been like that since 0.9.4 and I do not think that anyone has figured out how to fix this issue

maybe try Half-pixel offset hack ? It fixes similar stuffs in DBZ:BT3

tried that too.... doesnt solve the problem

It seems to only work correctly in software mode and in hardware mode with native resolution.
But the strange this is,the ghost effect appear even if you use the same resolution as native for custom resolution.

Try Ryudo's Tales of the Abyss build. It solves very similar issue in that game, so it might help you in this game.
