i try the new pcsx2 but i get the procedure createdexgifactory2 could not be loccated in dynamic link library dxgi.dll

i download dxgi.dll but get the error again

You stated you're running Windows 7. The latest versions don't support that OS. You can't even run 1.6 on Windows 7 without some modified dll

Well. Can you please try again, but running from your original Black PS2 DVD ?

Maybe update your GPU drivers ?
