help motherboard change hardware!

I want ask help to you^^!
my motherboard is P965 Platinum Series MS-7238(V1.x), can it support proccessor dual core intel of 3,00 @ ghrz (every earth) , and the SVGA ge force 9800 GTX+ of 512 megabyte or 1 giga????

To be sure, you have to check those from manufacture mobo web. But i think your mobo can support 65nm proc. C2d since i saw your cpu support , but i am not sure 45nm proc. Like E7400 or E8400. About that grapich card, make sure that mobo have PCI Express slot ver.1.1 (X16) recommanded PCI Express ver.2.0.
