Bulldozer is a big unknown still
too many not soo official benchmarks.
Anyway I'm not sure if you really cannot play "Odin Sphere" on what you have now. I tried the game first time on my system just now, and althrough it's a bit better, I can play it fine on downclocked cpu which should be around same as your normally is, at least in the beginning, don't plan to replay it now soo I just tried tutorial and killed a few enemies. I have better GPU through, but yours should be ok for native res probably. Soo make sure you set in GSdx options "native" res and make sure you have "allow 8-bit textures" checked on too, as without it the game crawl, at least for me. Also I was testing it in latest SVN build, soo if above suggestions doesn't help you, try it with this: http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/
Edit: Ah and dx9 is a bit slower in it, soo make sure to use dx10/11 in GSdx also.
