Most Important: Ancient PC need an Ancient Build to run!
try out PCSX2 0.9.6 that is a master piece for ancient PCs

They're both terrible tbh if you can stretch to a 450 or 550 that will make a huge improvement.

That said, your CPU is pretty weak too I'm afraid, you could really do with a new PC.
