increasing fps

so I have a fps of 94 to 100 % most of the time. but in cut scenes it slows down to like 90% sometimes 80% any tips on increasing the fps

Should do fine with speedhack... use latest beta, native scaling, and ee/vu cycle hack (they work ok for this game).

obviously that's an ancient build u use..
post the setting other than that..
