is this normal ?

My PC got low fps when play tekken 5 at the fighting scene

my PC :
AMD Athlon X2 4000+ 2.1 GHz
memory 1.5 GB
his 4650 1GB ddr3

windows 7

using GSDX
fps : about 15 frame per second
EE : 80 - 100 %
GS : about 30 %
ui : about 5 %

anyone know how to get high fps without change the hardware ?

low cpu, demanding game. you'll never get high fps.

you can grab some by setting clamp mode to none, disable 8 bit textures & setting internal res to native in gdsx options.
try some speedhacks 1 by 1 too.
but don't expect miracles
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

For AMD, I'd suggest an Athlon II or Phenom II with at least 2 cores (obviously) at 3.0Ghz or more. If $$$$ is a factor, come as close to this as you can. If it's not, go with Intel (new mobo).

Use native resolution,that will help a lot
