issues from new update

I'm somewhat new to PCSX2. I am an avid NCAA 06 player. I was running the current nightly model last time playing, which was 2/19/23. I booted up PCSX2 and had a new update to download. I proceeded to download and start playing NCAA 06. I immediately realized graphical glitches and FPS were unstable and wonky. I run the game with OpenGL as the renderer. It had automatically been switched to Direct3D 11. I figured maybe that was the issue so I switched back to OpenGL. Not as many graphical glitches but the frame rate is all over the place. Prior to those updates made after 2/19/23 the game ran flawlessly. I'm just curious if there's anything anyone can help me with or if its just best to sit tight and wait for the next update to possibly address this issue? Thanks in advance!!!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
