it kept going up

Hi all, i got some problems with my emulator where when i play some of my games and enter into the main menu, the "up" botton seems to be stuck because it keeps going up even though i am not pressing anything. How do u guys fix this problem??

What controller plugin are you using? keyboard or gamepad? your pcsx2 settings? what game or is it on all?

Make sure you use the same plugin for both controller 1 and 2, and sometimes (but very very rarely) the advanced settings seem to cause this for some reason so press the "defaults" button in "config > advanced".
