Can i run pcsx2 smooth if my laptop spec is like this...

Memory: 4 gb 1067 MHz DDr3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400m 256 MB
Operating system: OS X Yosemite
Macbook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008)

The 9400M is very weak, at least if you plan to run it on OSX using OpenGL.

If you install Windows XP or 7 over bootcamp you would at least be able to play low demanding games like Final Fantasy X or Kingdom Hearts at a playable framerate using DirectX 9.
But your chances are bad for OSX, so Windows is your only option on that thing.

core 2 duo will suffer even in windows. I ran a core 2 duo at 3ghz and KH2 would get slow, ffx-2 was running above 90%, but not at 100% during fmv. That was a desktop processor too, dont think the laptop version is gonna cut it.
