lilypad not working

thats the problem pokopom is the only option for pad when i click it theres no other option

hmm looks like your directx installation is corrupt in some way, i would suggest reinstalling directx from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download...aspx?id=35
also while you're at it, do the visual studio redistributable from here too: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2...st_x86.exe

if that doesn't work, go in to Start menu and type "cmd" in the search, right click "Command Prompt" that comes up and run it as administrator, in there type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and then reboot once it's done.

none of them worked i think the problem is someone has put a fake copy of windows 7 ultimate on my computer and theres alot of things i cant do on my computer now
and i dont know how to get rid of the copy

Reformat and put on a legitimate copy of windows 7, that's your only hope. I looked up the error you're getting and it looks like your version of PCSX2 is trying to load 64bit dll files, which won't work because it's a 32bit program.
