a setting to load specific settings when you want? not really. loading different inis isn't a bad idea

I was thinking when making the concept ui. Their should be the ability to save and crate setting profiles. Once you import a game into pcsx2 you should be able to configure it to automatically load a specific setting profile and properties for that specific game.
