The intel graphics chip is crap as well Tongue Try checking 'native' in the GSdx plugin configuration and try again

This is my apology and my last post. Sorry about all the ruckus. I restarted my pc and now the game is working perfectly. I didn't change any settings like you guys recommended. 60 fps.
